TM301
Timer m/function 0-60sec/min (6hr to order) 12/24VDC

The TM301 timer is a multi function timing module designed to give normally open and normally closed volt-free contact output in 12 or 24 volt DC circuits.
Four ranges may be chosen…1-30 & 2-60 seconds or 1-30 & 2-60 minutes simply by selecting the appropriate DIP switches.
Typical applications are preheat (glow-plug) circuits in diesel engines, alarm before shutdown timers, cool down time for turbochargers, fixed time on for reversing alarms, & warm up and cool down timers on automatic start systems.

24 Hr Countdown Timer 12VDC - Similar functions to the ISG12 & ISG24 above but all carried out electronically. Use the up/down buttons to preset the desired number of hours. Press Start, the internal contacts are switched, and the digital display shows the time to be counted down. The display changes every minute to indicate remaining time. At the end of preset time the display shows zero and the internal contacts switched back. 1 x set C/O contacts rated 24VDC 1Amp.

7/24 Programmable Timer with plug-in base - A continuously running timer with 6 programmable switch cycles per day. Powered from 12VDC, an internal battery keeps the clock in sync when not connected to external power. The front has a digital display showing current time & weekday, and whether the unit is in Manual, Auto or Off mode. An indicator shows if the relay contacts are energised. 1 x set C/O contacts rated 24VDC 1Amp.

Time Clock Mechanical 0-30min - A mechanical time clock, similar to an oven timer, with an electrical switch at the end of its time. At zero hours the switch is closed. When wound clockwise the swich immediately opens and the mechanism starts ticking back to zero. Upon reaching zero hours a snap action trips the switch back to the closed position. The mechanism may be wound up or down in hours at any time during its count down period. 1 x set C/O contacts rated 24VDC 1Amp.

DCS 973D
Timer Module

The DCS 973D Timer Modules are designed as general purpose multifunction timers and for DC supply applications where fluctuation of supply can be very high, e.g. whilst starting a diesel engine. It provides 8 functions and 4 time ranges. One volt free contact output and one N/O or N/C, +Ve or -Ve output at 5 Amp, selectable by programming links A and B.
Voltage Sensing Modules
DCS 974VS
DC Voltage Sensing Module

The DCS974VS DC Voltage Sensing Modules are designed to monitor a DC voltage level and give an alarm output if the monitored voltage moves outside the set point limit.  The relay output will then operate giving an alarm and/or indication signal.  The unit is enclosed in a robust DIN rail mount plastic housing with indication LED’s for Supply On and Relay Operation.  Settings and programming links are accessible by unclipping the clear front cover.  The printed circuit board and components are tropic proofed.

DCS 497
Manual Start Unit

The DCS497 engine is designed to manually start and stop the engine via a key switch.  The use of these controllers increases reliability whilst eliminating control panel wiring.  The unit provides automatic shut down of the engine and gives true first up fault indication.  These units are self contained in a robust plastic housing of IP 56 rating.  The clear lid is spring loaded to maintain the IP 56 rating.

Speed Switches
DCS 971S
Single Speed Switch
View PDF
The DCS 971S Series Speed Switch Modules are designed to monitor the speed of an engine by detecting pulses from a magnetic- pick up or a charging alternator output before the rectifier. The sensing signal generated can be in the order of 0.7 to 100 volts R.M.S. The impedance is approximately 500K?. The loading of the pick- up is of no significance, enabling a number of speed switches to be connected to the same pick- up.
The length of signal cable is not limited, use of shielded cable is advisable. The shield of the signal cable must be grounded one end only.
The unit is enclosed in a robust DIN rail mount plastic housing with indication for Supply On and Relay Operation LED’s.
DCS 972S
Dual Speed Switch

The DCS 972 Series Dual Speed Switch Modules are designed to monitor two adjustable speed trip levels on an engine by detecting pulses via a magnetic pick-up or charging alternator (using the alternator AC output before the rectifier). The sensing signal generated can be in the order of 0.7 -100 volts R.M.S. The impedance is approximately 500 K?. The loading of the pick-up is of no significance, enabling a number of speed switches to be connected to the same pick-up.

SS301
Speed/Rev Switch 12/24VDC Multi Range

The SS301 has been designed to work with all standard signal inputs and to give a relay contact (ground signal) out once a predetermined frequency has been reached.
Adjustable hysteresis is provided to help prevent chattering at the switch point and to allow a gap between “switch on” and “switch off” points
DIP switches are provided to set the frequency covered and to convert the unit from 12 to 24 VDC.
