Project	Description
AS2941 Fire Pump Controller	We manufacture a Main Control PCB and Display PCB assembly designed to conform to the latest standard, AS2941-2008. These can be supplied as part of a complete Fire Pump Panel or alternately supplied loose for you to build your own.
Basic Alarm Panel	We can build any combination of our standard modules in to one enclosure and pre-wire it as a complete basic alarm/shutdown system. Also refer to DCS497 in the DCS section for our standard Manual Start System.
Battery Electrolyte Level Probe	We built and supplied these probes along with the sensing modules. They are designed to give an alarm when battery electrolyte level falls below a preset level. Never boil your batteries dry again.
Single Pump Control	We can manufacture a Single Fuel Pump controller to your specifications. Layout and functions usually depend on the customers specifications.
Dual Fuel Pump Controller	We manufacture a Main Control Module and a separate Display PCB assembly designed to handle Dual Fuel Pump control for diesel engine back up generators. These can be supplied as part of a complete Dual Fuel Pump Controller panel or supplied loose for you to build your own. We also do individual design and manufacture for many unusual Fuel Pump applications.
Hot Water Controller	This controller is a dentist, so we can’t show you his picture. Actually we have signed a secrecy agreement and will not divulge any details about the product. We just designed and built the electronics part of the unit. But, if you want to know any more about a product designed to allow almost instant delivery of hot water to any room in your house or factory, while also saving thousands of litres per annum ….. contact us and we will refer you to the owner/patent holder.
OEM Wiring Harness	We can build a wiring harness to suit your engine if you can leave the engine with us. Otherwise we can travel to your site, build the harness in situ and duplicate it back at the factory.
DCS Auto Start	We manufacture a Main Control PCB and Display PCB assembly designed to automatically start most stationary diesel engines. The start signal could be water level in a dam, loss of mains power or simply a time switch. These can be supplied as part of a complete Auto Start Panel or alternately supplied loose for you to build your own.
Smart Inputs	This controller was built purely to the customers drawing. A varying stepped voltage out is controlled by which input has power applied to it. ie: wire1 = 1v out; wire2 on = 2v out, etc.
Tilt Switch	This unit was again built to our customer’s request. The application is to shut down the drive engine when a Bobcat, Trench Digger or similar skidsteer type vehicle tips over. If righted and then started up, chances are the engine will blow up in these circumstances. This unit shuts the engine down and prevents it being restarted until a technician can check it over and reset it.
Turf Roll Counter	This is a simple digital display counter which counts up by one for each roll of turf coming off a Turf Roll Harvesting machine. A remote mounted reset button allows the operator to set the display back to zero once a particular run is finished. This counter can be used for any product. The input count may be triggered either by a magent going past the sensor or by proximity of steel. Specify when ordering. e.g. counting teeth on a ring gear, or the heads of bolts as they go past. An optional alarm at a preset RPM is available.
Digital Tacho	The Digital Tacho measures shaft rotational speed by sensing each time a magnet passes the pick up head and converting it to an RPM reading. This unit was used to measure shaft speed for an anti-frost fan attached to a tractor PTO shaft. An optional alarm at a preset RPM is available.
